Thought Industries Redefines Customer Experience with Knowledge Center Updates

BOSTON, MA, February 5, 2019 -- Thought Industries, one of the fastest-growing online learning platforms, launched the company’s new and improved Knowledge Center today. The online learning hub, which offers a diverse catalog of instructional content, is designed to help customers use the company’s technology to achieve business outcomes and drive growth.

According to Barry Kelly, CEO of Thought Industries, the updates to Knowledge Center marks a milestone and strengthens the organization’s ability to grow and scale to meet the needs of customers.

The new and improved Thought Industries Knowledge Center comes at a time when companies in virtually every industry are looking for ways to strengthen customer loyalty and reduce churn.

The Knowledge Center platform was developed using feedback from users like Dee Kerr from Carbon 3D.  Kerr, who participated in a beta test, noted, "Knowledge Center’s updated training courses and documentation provide a comprehensive overview of the technology, is easy to use and will help Ti customers get their platform up and running quickly."

Currently, the Knowledge Center offers customers courses on topics that include platform configuration, course authoring, course design, eCommerce, and integration. The company is developing new learning paths and plans to roll out new courses on an ongoing basis.
