Email and CRM

Email and customer relationship management (CRM) is the backbone of any effective marketing operation. Using a CRM allows you to analyze customer interactions throughout the marketing funnel, and make smart decisions about allocating time, money, and resources. If you don’t have access to a CRM, your email platform should allow you to create lists of customers and target emails to the various customer lifecycle stages.
